Three rooms for rent in a house for a working person, student, or working couple for a maximum period of one year. One room can be used as a study.

This house has a total of four bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is located in the attic and is occasionally used by the owner (60 years old). I am in the house an average of one day every two to four weeks to collect the mail and inspect the house. The house is furnished and equipped with all appliances for running an independent household.

The house is not shared; it is vacant, and I live at a different address. So, in effect, you share the house with no one and have complete privacy.

You can use the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is a bicycle shed in the spacious backyard.

The house is located in the quiet and well-maintained Almere Tussen de Vaarten Noord neighborhood.

All amenities (shops, public transport, nature, etc.) are within walking distance. This is a temporary rental for 9 months, at 1500 per month, all-inclusive.

Two people: 2000 per month
