The picture is the view from your window. You will have your own shower and toilet and cooking facilities (induction, fridge etc.), so you'll only share the front door and the stairs, you have the top floor to yourself. You are welcome to use our washer and dryer. The room is furnished with a bed, couch, desk, dining table and chairs, a big closard for your clothes and other cupboards, cups, plates and more. Our street is quiet and green, after a few hundred meters there are horses and you can walk to the Noorderplassen, a big nature reserve. The bus takes you in 4 minutes to the main train station, where the train takes you in 20 minutes to Amsterdam Central station or Amsterdam South station, Utrecht and other cities are also good to reach. For example, my last tenant was a student at the Uithof in Utrecht and she used a foldable bike to go there by train, as is quite common in the Netherlands. I'm looking for someone who enjoys quiet and is reliable, preferably a woman. Let's talk and see if it's what you are looking for!
