Kamer in Gnephoek

Room available from 1st december 2025

The house is an old farmhouse located on the edge of Alphen & Koudekerk. It is therefore good to know that it is not a room in the middle of a city center. Nevertheless, everything is easily accessible.

You are everywhere within 15 minutes by bike (station / city / shopping center / cafes, etc). Bus 169 to Leiden Central and Alphen station stops in front of the house.

You share the house with me (29), my husband (33) and our 4 kids (all under 7 years old) and another female tenant (26). We like to keep everything neat and clean (even though it doesn't always work out well with 3 little ones), so it is very important to us that the tenant can leave everything tidy.

Furthermore we like get creative or to go outside to the forest or beach.
