Standalone outbuilding in the garden in a beautiful surroundings of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug in Amerongen.

Available from June 25, 2025.

Beautiful, bright studio on the first floor with a private entrance. The ground floor features a private bathroom with a toilet in this standalone outbuilding, which has its own front door and entrance. Youll walk through the garden of the main house to access it.

A dining table with chairs, a sofa, a pantry/small kitchen, and lighting are already included in the rent.

Bus stop just a 2-minute walk away (15 mins to Doorn, 30 mins to Driebergen-Zeist CS, 45 mins to Amersfoort, 15 mins to Veenendaal-De Klomp).

Base rent is 800 per month, with gas/water/electricity at 140 per month.

Additionally, cooking and being present in the main house every Wednesday from 5 PM to 10 PM for 3 children (ages 12, 14 & 17) is required.

(Please do not respond if this doesnt work for youits a must; not during school holidays).

For the studio, you can also apply for rental allowance.
