Hello, my name is Roman. I am a 22 year old student at the UvA from Belgium. My room is suitable for subletting during the holidays but also for long term. Ideally I am looking for someone who will stay during the big holidays (July-August). That profile will be given priority over others. You will live with my roommate. He is very friendly and discreet. If you have any questions, concerns or doubts you can always ask him. There is a tram line within a 5-minute walk from the house that goes directly to Amsterdam-Zuid in less than 15 minutes. From Amsterdam-Zuid you can go anywhere in Amsterdam. There is also a large shopping center within 10 minutes walking distance with Albert Heijn, Lidl and Jumbo but also other types of trade.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped. You don't need to bring anything yourself. Everything you need to cook, eat, keep the kitchen tidy and collect the waste is already there.

BATHROOM: The bathroom is also equipped with everything needed to maintain it. There is also a washing machine with detergents available.

ROOM: The room comes with a large wardrobe and all the other cabinets that are on the photos. The desk, lamp and chair also come with it. The sofa and bed also come with it but for both they come empty (no blanket, sheets, pillows or duvet). The rest is not included.

TERRACE: Is equipped with a bench and a barbecue.

CLEANING: There we clear all kinds of stuff for which we do not have space otherwise. So do not worry if you are afraid that not all your stuff will fit in the room. Also, there are 2 mattresses in it if you would like to bring friends over. (you have to discuss with my roommate beforehand but he will probably say yes)
