You share the clean apartment (2nd floor) with two nice and pleasant women, one of whom is the landlady and the other a young student.

An elevator is available in the apartment complex. The apartment is clean and equipped with all comfort such as washing machine, dishwasher etc.

The rental price of the room is 699 euros (including GWL). A bed and closet are available.
