* Around the corner is an Albert Heijn and within walking distance you have all kinds of nice eateries, nightlife , shops, culture and sports facilities (for example Bam Boa; Coffee Company; Café Vrijdag and around the corner is the Hogeschool van Amsterdam!!)

* If you walk out of the street you will find public transport connections (tram stop: Amstelkade, 4 towards Central Station), train station (Amstel (within 10 minutes to the heart of Amsterdam) and by car within a few minutes on the Ringweg (A10).
