We are gradually receiving apartments in our project in the G-buurt, Amsterdam-Zuidoost. These include one-bedroom units, ideal for starters or singles, as well as larger apartments that are perfectly suited for couples or friends looking to share a home.

The apartments are located in a green and quiet area with plenty of amenities close by. Supermarkets, shops, and sports facilities are within walking distance, and by metro or bus you can reach Amsterdam city center in just a short time. The A9 and A10 highways are also nearby, ensuring excellent accessibility. The neighborhood is known for its diversity and vibrancy, offering a wide range of cultural and dining options in the immediate surroundings. Parking here is relatively affordable, and it is possible to apply for a parking permit.

We offer these apartments with a temporary rental contract under the Vacancy Law (Leegstandwet), with a guaranteed rental period of 6 months. The notice period from the owners side is 3 months, and from the tenants side 1 month. Please note: Continuation into another property after this contract is not guaranteed. It fully depends on the availability of apartments at that moment and on whether you have been a reliable tenant during your stay.

Apartment features:

1 or sometimes 3 bedrooms, depending on the apartment

Private facilities such as bathroom, toilet, and kitchenette

Price: Between 700 and 1000 per month (including relatively high service costs due to block heating, but excluding gas, water, and electricity)

Location: Only a 7-minute walk to a metro station and a small shopping center

Registration at the address is mandatory

Depending on your personal situation, rent allowance (Huurtoeslag) may be possible. Are you under 23 years old? Please mention this explicitly, as in this project exceptions are sometimes made for young students.

Selection process:

Alvast applies the following criteria:

Minimum age of 18 years

Minor children are not allowed

You must have a daytime occupation consisting of work and/or study

Income statement from the Dutch Tax Authority (formerly IB60 for the year 2023 or 2024)

Flexibility due to the temporary nature of the contract

Motivation and reasoning for wanting to live here
