Appartement in M.C. Addicksstraat

Hey! I am looking to sublet my furnished 2-bedroom appartment in Amsterdam West walking distance to Bos & Lommer plein and Sloterdijk station. My roommate and I will be walking the Te Aora trail in New Zealand!

I would be very happy to provide it to a working couple or two friends looking for a flatshare to start their life in Amsterdam. It could be your starting point to look for something more permanent or see if you like the city.

15th of Jan until 7th of May.

1300/ month including electricity, furniture and all other amenities

400,- deposit in case the washing machine breaks or repairs are needed

Full payment 1 week before renting (4950,-) (we can talk about this, I want to avoid finding new renters while I'm in NZ)

You'll get:

Spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom

2 bedrooms (including 2 beds)

Attic for storage upstairs & shared shed in front for storing bikes

Small garden with a garden set and many indoor plants

Washing machine (no dryer)

Kitchen with cooking utensils

You can borrow my bike if you promise to take good care of it / replace with another simple bike in case it would get stolen
