Hi all, (ONLY STUDENTS)

We have an apartment from approximately 32m2 available right away. The apartment is furnished. The minimum rental period is 12 month the maximum is 24 months shorter is not possible. The deposit is 2.500 euro. The rent is 1550 euro excluding utilities and 1650 euro including utilities such as water, electricity, heating and WiFi. We are searching for someone right away and not for over a month. The apartment is suitable for one student sharing is not allowed. If you have any questions dont hesitate to contact me. The apartment is only for one student other people are not allowed regarding rules and regulations, also the apartment is just for one student regarding fire policy.
