About the House:

- Currently shared with 3 others (2 students and 1 working professional)

- Top floor under renovation to add 2 extra rooms, an extra bathroom and an open kitchen with shared space (renovations ongoing during your first month)

- We maintain a quiet, tidy, clean, respectful, and friendly atmosphere

- No parties or noise (we cherish a peaceful environment) rather casual chats over dinner or coffee

About You:

- Always cleans up immediately after using common areas, such as the kitchen and bathroom, leaving them fresh for the next person.

- Take initiative to keep shared areas clean and organized

- Respect quiet hours in the mornings and evenings

- Be considerate of others in a shared, international household

- Clean, responsible, organized, and honest

- Ideally a student or intern
