About the Room:

- Available from February 17 (registration possible)

- Furnished with basic furniture (bed and small working desk included)

- Closet

- Rent: 835 per month (including 75 for gas, electricity, water, and WiFi)

- Deposit: 835

About the House:

- Shared with 5 others (3 students and 2 working professional)

- Your floor is newly renovated with an extra bathroom.

- We maintain a quiet, tidy, clean, respectful, and friendly atmosphere

- No parties or noise (we cherish a peaceful environment) but enjoy casual chats over dinner or coffee

About You:

- Take initiative to keep shared areas clean and organized

- Respect quiet hours in the mornings and evenings

- Be considerate of others in a shared, international household

- Clean, responsible, organized, and honest

- Ideally a student or intern

A little (mandatory) request Please include:

- Your daily rhythm (early bird or night owl, plus study/work hours)

- A few words about yourself

- Whether you smoke (cigarettes, vape, weed, or not at all)

- Whether youre eligible for a Campuscontract (you are student + your study is listed in DUOs RIO register). If not, are you okay with a 9-month temporary Hospitacontract?

Both contracts allow registration and cancellation with 1 month notice

- Confirmation that youre currently in Amsterdam and able to join a group viewing (no video calls or friend visitssorry!)

Only candidates who address all the points and are available to attend the in-person group viewing this weekend will be considered.
