You will share a modern, well-maintained apartment with: A bright living room with Smart TV and cozy sofa; Fully equipped open kitchen with combi oven & microwave; Large dining area; Sunny balcony; Bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower & double sinks; Separate toilet and Storage with use of the washing machine.

The Area:

Situated in a great area near Rembrandtpark, in Amsterdam West.

Everything is within easy reach:

Supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Kruidvat) close by.

Public transport is only a few minutes walking with direct connections to the city centre (Tram 13). Subway Station (50 & 51) and Bus 18 (5min walk) near by.

About your Housemates:

You will share the apartment with me (working professional); my son (UVA student ) and two friendly small doggies. Being comfortable around dogs is essential.

Rental Details & Conditions:

The monthly rent is 800,- all-in. (includes gas, water, electricity, WiFi, city tax and service costs).

800,- deposit (fully refundable at the end of rental period).

For 1 person only.

Suitable for a working person or serious student.

Non-Smoking room (Smoking allowed on balcony)

No drugs and no overnight guests.

Registration at Municipality is possible.

Rental period: From March 7th till June 1st of 2026.
