Looking for one tenant (preferably female, as 3 out of 4 of the other tenants in the house are female, between 20-35 years old), who wants to take over my studio in a shared house on the 1st of May.

The house has 2 floors and a total of 5 studios (rooms with private bathrooms) and is located in Amsterdam West. Close to Plein 40-45 in a quiet neighbourhood. 5 min walk to the next grocery store, and less than 5 min walk to the next tram/bus station.

The only shared areas are kitchen, living room, and garden.

The room will come unfurnished.

There are 2 washing machines and dryers available to use in the house (one located on the ground floor, one on the second)

Move-in date and registration: as of 1st of May

The available room is about 20m2 and located on the second floor, with view on the garden of the house.

The monthly rent incl. water, gas, electricity, wifi: 907.14

Deposit (to be paid with the first rent): One months rent

You will not be renting directly through the landlord. The house is managed by an agency, who handles all rent payments, repairs, etc.

As far as I know, there is no specific income requirement. I currently have an indefinite contract. If you wish to move out, you can always do so by giving a 30 day notice.

The atmosphere in the house is quiet and everybody is doing their own thing. We are respectful with each other, but we arent friends, so there are no shared activities, parties, etc.

So the ideal new tenant would also be a quiet, respectful person who prefers doing her own thing!
