Kamer in Bamberghof

Are you a tidy, independent and clean tenant (female student) aged 1926? Then this room is probably a good match.

The apartment is in a quiet area near the Sloterplas. Amsterdam city centre is about a 20-minute bike ride, and the Vondelpark is about 10 minutes by bike. Lelylaan Station is a 7-minute bike ride away, and the Meer en Vaart tram stop is a 5-minute walk.

The room is bright, furnished and 15 m², south-facing, on the second floor. You have your own private room, but you share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, garden and washing machine. The room has heating, lighting and an internet connection, and includes a bed, a chair and a chest of drawers. This is a hospes rental (live-in landlord): you rent a private room and share facilities with the landlord.

Its a shared household with me and my son (10), who stays with me about 10 days per month. We keep the shared areas clean together. Occasionally cooking together is appreciated. The washing machine is located in the rented room and is used by me twice a week (by arrangement).

We are looking for a tenant (female student) without pets, who does not smoke in the room and does not have overnight guests (except family, and only by arrangement). Registration is possible.

About the landlord: 47-year-old man, university educated, working, and co-parent of a 10-year-old boy.
