Room for Rent near Amsterdam ArenA
A room will be available from 14 July or 1 August in the area near Amsterdam ArenA.
I am looking for a tidy and responsible female tenant. You will be sharing the apartment with me, the landlord. The bedroom is 12 m². There is also an additional 8 m² room that we could turn into a shared living room by mutual agreement. If we decide to do so, you would need to provide the furniture yourself, but this is entirely optional.
I consider it important that my tenant is clean and tidy, treats the apartment and its belongings with respect, and contributes to a pleasant living environment. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to me.
I also live in the apartment. Because of my work and sports activities, I spend a lot of time away from home and appreciate a peaceful atmosphere when I am home. Therefore, loud music is not permitted in the evenings.
About me
I am 34 years old and spend a lot of time working and exercising. In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, and cooking. I am sociable, but I also value having a calm and comfortable home environment.
The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and I am looking for a tenant without a partner who stays at the apartment on a regular basis.
The tenancy agreement will be for a fixed term of one year and will include the house rules mentioned above.

Based on the applications, I will make an initial selection and invite suitable candidates for a viewing and introduction on Tuesday, 7 July, between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm, or on Thursday, 9 July, between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
If we are both satisfied after meeting and agree on the arrangements, a one-year tenancy agreement will be offered.
In addition to the monthly rent, there is a 100 monthly service fee, which covers gas, water, electricity, and internet. The security deposit is one months rent.
