Dear potential flatmate,

I am looking for someone to share a spacious apartment in the Indische Buurt with me long-term.

I am working as a software engineer in Amsterdam and am working from the office almost all days. I like to make music and play the guitar, do a lot of sports, most recently climbing and volleyball, and enjoy cooking together with friends.

The bedroom in question has a size of 12m²; there is also another room which can be used for storage. The apartment has a large shared area, two balconies, and is equiped with a dish washer, washing machine, and kitchen appliances.

Muiderpoortstation is a five-minute walk away. There are Lidl, Albert Heijn and Jumbo close by, as well as the shopping center Oosterport. The Flevopark and Oosterpark are reachable by a short walk to relax, do sport or hang out with friends.

I am looking for an easygoing and responsible person to share the apartment with. It is important to me that the apartment is kept in a clean state, and I appreciate some quietness in the evening. I like to spend time with my roommate, so I'm always up to play some board or card games.
