Kamer in Borneostraat

Hello! I am subletting my apartment in Amsterdam Oost for the summer, its available from July 17 to August 27. The rent is 30-35 a night, the cheaper option is if you stay the whole period.

Preference will be given to those who want to stay the entire duration, but I am also flexible. I have one lovely housemate, he is very friendly and clean. My room has a lofted double bed and a smaller twin size bed underneath. It also has a spacious living room with a PlayStation, airfryer, dishwasher, and we also have washing and drying machines for clothes. It is a couples apartment layout so you have to go to the shower by going through the other room. Meeting for a coffee in Amsterdam before the sublet is ideal so I can get to know is optimal so we can both be informed about the rental situation !
