I am looking for a clean and respectful roommate in my beautiful apartment in Oud-West Helmersbuurt. The neighborhood is very well-located, close to Leidseplein, Overtoom, and Kinkerstraat. The room is big and has access to the balcony. The bedroom will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment has been fully furnished by me :)

I am a 23-year-old Master's student with a (very friendly, sociable and well-behaved) cat, looking for a young professional or fellow student to room with beginning around December, though it is flexible. I am queer and trans and am looking for a roommate who is comfortable with that.

No couples, the apartment is approved for 2 sharers.
