Subletting a room in my apartment in Amsterdam West for the month of July. Youd share with one flatmate who works from the office every weekday, so during the day the apartment is effectively yours.

The flat is on the 11th floor, bright and modern, with a balcony and open views over the city. It has two bathrooms (a separate toilet and a full bathroom with bathtub), energy label A, and a fully equipped kitchen with a new dishwasher, washing machine, oven and fridge. The room is furnished.

Location is excellent: 5 minutes on foot from Lelylaan station, with a direct connection to the city centre and Schiphol. Vondelpark is close by, there are two gyms right below the building, and supermarkets and shops are all within walking distance.

Rent is 1275/month plus utilities. Available from 29 June for one month. so this suits someone already registered elsewhere or staying short-term.
