The neighborhood is quiet, with many young residents and great amenities nearby. The supermarket is within walking distance, the city center is easily reachable by bike, and the nearest highway is just a 4-minute drive away.

The house is fully furnished, and furnishing is available which can be used. Weekly cleaning included. You share the bathroom, toilet, living room, and kitchen with your housemates. In total, there are six residents in the house the current tenants are now looking for four new people to complete the household. The current residents are 2 students and are looking for students only. If you are interested they will show you the apartment.

The rooms are only available for students coming from outside Amsterdam!
