And by bike you are in 20 minutes in Amsterdam East, South East and in Diemen and in 30-60 minutes in the other districts of Amsterdam but also in Weesp, Muiden, Durgerdam and Amstelveen.

The total all-in rental price is EUR 650,00 per month.

This is for your share in the gross rental, water, electricity, the use of WiFi / internet and residential-related taxes & insurances.

Further for various services such as unlimited filtered (sparkling) water, your laundry, dirty dishes clean bed and every 14 days the cleaning of the apartment including your room.

Finally for the use of furniture, comforter, bedlinen, towels, private and shared devices, kitchen items, crockery and cutlery, pots, pans, the communal inner garden and bicycle garage and if I am not at home also the use of the living room and the balcony.

It is a sunny spacious extensively furnished room with its own wireless speaker, fridge, microwave, hot plates, cooking stuff, crockery, spacious wardrobe with 50 pendants and 2 shelves, sofa (80/160 x 200) with lots of storage space, storage-bag for 6 pairs of shoes, 2 coat racks, hanging chair, table with 2 chairs & 2 stools, lamps, towels, 4 seasons-duvet (140 X 200), bedlinen.

A room in an apartment where only you and I (the landlady) use internet / wifi, shower, washingmachine and dryer, toilet, kitchen including crockery, stuff and equipment such as dishwasher, oven, slowjuicer etc.

Furthermore the apartment including your room is cleaned & your bedlinen changed, your dirty laundry and dirty dishes are done for you.

So except for clothing, shoes and personal stuff, you really don't have to bring anything with you.

And since toilet-paper, laundry- and cleaning products are also included in the rental price, you only have to take care of your own food & beverages.

The apartment is close to shops, public transportation stop (tram 26/bus (66), public parks, nature, water, marina and a city beach where you can swim. In short, enough options to move, (water) exercise, relax, sunbathe and enjoy. This gives me for over 15 years lots of joy and often a vacation feeling.

Although the room can only be inhabited by 1 person, in consultation with me you can receive 1 to 3 visitors and 1 logee.
