The Room (13 m²):

South-facing sunny room (lots of natural light!).

NOTE: Includes a comfortable Double Boxspring Bed (updated, so it's better than the bed in the photos!) and a giant closet for all your luggage.

Fully furnished with bedding included just bring your suitcase.

The Apartment:

Located on the 3rd floor.

You will share the kitchen, dining area, bathroom, toilet, and balcony with 1 working male professionals.

Fully Equipped: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washer, and dryer.

All-Inclusive Rate: Includes gas, water, electricity, and fast WiFi.

House Rules:

1 Person Only (Strictly no couples).

No parties, no noise, no weed/drugs.
