Hi everyone!

My name is Elina, and since the current tenant is moving out, this room is available. I'm rarely home myself, so you'll mostly have the entire house to yourself. I occasionally sleep at home for a day, but the rest of the time I live with my boyfriend. I have my own salon / treatment room at home, so I'll only be there occasionally to work (I do beauty treatment so I only have female clients) . My boyfriend and I have four cats, and sometimes I bring them along when I sleep at home. So, it's a plus if you like cats and are comfortable with them. It would also be great if you could look after the cats when my boyfriend and I go on vacation.

Regarding the room, you'll have the largest room in the house. Approximately 20m² and furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobes. If you'd like to make any changes, that's possible.

The house is quite spacious and has two floors. Total of approximately 105m² with a large 20m² balcony, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. An open-plan kitchen and spacious living room and fully furnished, and you can use cutlery, kitchen appliances, etc. There are additional costs for internet, water, gas, and electricity, which are on average between 100 and 150, depending on your usage (I pay half of everything, even though I'm rarely there).

The apartment is located opposite a tram stop to Central Station. There's also a supermarket opposite and restaurants/shops downstairs. There's a shopping center nearby.

Parking is available at the back, and a parking permit can be requested without a waiting list. Registration also possible, only keep in mind that there will be an addition charge after one year for water taxes and garbage taxes.

I'm looking for someone who is quiet. Working or studying doesn't matter. Inviting people over occasionally is fine, but no parties, etc. I'd also like someone who cleans and maintains the apartment themselves, since I'm rarely there. Someone who doesn't mind me coming over for work and sleeping over occasionally, and who also doesn't mind being alone. WOMEN ONLY!! One person, no couples. Unfortunately, because I sometimes bring the cats, other pets are not allowed. I also prefer a 6 month contract, but I'm flexible and not the worst, so if everything goes well and it's longer, that's no problem for me.
