Room in a beautiful old apartment with high ceilings in De Pijp, on the lovely Eerste Jan van der Heijdenstraat next to Sarphatipark. The room is 24m² and consists of a living room, a small French balcony, and a small bedroom. The living room is separated by a bamboo room divider, and the small bedroom has a door that can close. The bedroom has two wardrobes. In the living room there's a blue velvet sofa, drawer, small bookshelf and optional table.

Shared bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has the necessary appliances (fridge, washing machine). No meat may be cooked in the kitchen. Smoking is not allowed, and neither are parties. Its a quiet home with noise rules from the homeowners association. WiFi, gas, water, and electricity are included.

You will share the apartment with me; 38 years old, woman, calm and approachable. I work as a social care professional, study, and write. Due to a hip surgery, I wont be working for a few months and will be focused on recovery. For this reason, Im making the front part of my home available to someone looking for a pleasant and peaceful place for a while.
