From June 1st, a spacious and bright fully furnished room of approximately 25 m² will be available for temporary sublet in a calm, centrally located apartment.

The private living space consists of a sitting room with a French balcony and a small separate bedroom, offering both comfort and privacy.

The bedroom includes two built-in wardrobes and is furnished with a new single bed, new mattress and fresh bedding. The sitting room contains a blue velvet sofa, dresser, bookshelf and optionally a table.

Bathroom and kitchen are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary appliances, including a fridge, washing machine and airfryer.

The apartment is part of a quiet residential building with clear noise regulations. The atmosphere at home is calm, tidy and respectful. You will be sharing the apartment with me: female, 38, calm and approachable.
