Hoii allemaal! I have beautiful room available in the HEART of JORDAAN! Furnished & newly renovated I managed to score this place and looking for the right person to share it with! Its In the most amazing location on Egelantiersstraat. A 1850s garden apartment surrounded by cafes and good people! (Im only responding to emails!!)

Im looking for someone Dutch speaking, male or female. Big plus if youre a creative! Someone social who enjoys good conversations and having a drink together. While my dutch is not perfect which means communication will mostly be English, I have been studying heavily and can hold conversations.

IMPORTANT! You must be working or studying out of home. Unfortunately not accepting home workers or partial home workers.

Youll be sharing the apartment with me! an American / Isreali outgoing person working full time in the music industry living here 3+ years.

I work from home in the basement music studio composing/producing music as my full time job.

Yes!! My studio is downstairs, you do hear a minimal amount of noise upstairs so thats something you should be okay with :)
