Kamer in Ekangala
Hi all!
I have a room with a private kitchen in the room and a private available in an international (female only) student home.
The house has a large eat-in kitchen with all the modern equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge etc). It has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom on the first floor with a shower and sink. There is a washingmachine and a dryer. You will share the house with 5 others, all female international students:-)
The house has a rental permit for renting to 6 persons, you will get a contract and registration is possible ofcourse:-)
About the room.
The room is on the first floor and is about 11 m2. Within a couple of weeks a small kitchen will be placed in the room with a sink, hot and cold water, a fridge, and a microwave (no stove). In the room there is a bed, a closet and a table and chair. There is also a shared shed and a shared garden. Both can be reached from the back side of the house/garden (so not directly from the house).
Total rent is E865,-
This is including utilities like
gas, electricity, taxes, high speed internet, furniture etc.
The house is situated in a friendly (family) neighborhood, so NO partyhouse!! (Also No smoking/no drugs!!))
It is close to the metro station (Verrijn Stuartweg or Ganzenhoef) and metro and trainstation Diemen Zuid. It is only 16 minutes to Central Station by metro, and 9 minutes by metro to the center of Amsterdam. There is an Albert Heijn nearby, and several other shops. Also the shopping area Amsterdamse Poort, Amsterdam Arena, Heineken Music hall, Ziggo Dome and Pathe are close

Registration is possible
Deposit is 1,5 months
Rental period starts at 1 September 2025 and end on the 31th of August 2026
