Hi all!

I have 1 sunny room available on the ground floor with a private garden and a private kitchen in the room.

The private garden is 10m2. You can reach the communal garden and the shared shed from your garden. The other tenants can reach the communal garden and shed from the backdoor in the garden, so they don't have to go through your room or garden ofcourse;-)

In the room there is a private kitchen with a fridge, freezer, sink with hot and cold water and a microwave (no stove). The room has a double bed, an armchai, closet and table and chair.

The house has a large eat-in kitchen with all the modern equipment (dishwasher, over, microwave, 2 large fridges etc). It has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom on the first floor with a shower and sink. You will share the house with 5 others, all female international students:-)

The house is situated in a friendly neighborhood and is close to the metro station (Verrijn Stuartweg or Ganzenhoef) and metro and trainstation Diemen Zuid. It is only 16 minutes to Central Station by metro, and 9 minutes by metro to the center of Amsterdam. There is an Albert Heijn nearby, and several other shops. Also the shopping area Amsterdamse Poort, Amsterdam Arena, Heineken Music hall, Ziggo Dome and Pathe are close.
