This room is located in the Amsterdam Slotervaart area, a very lively neighborhood. There are excellent public transport connections, putting the city center just 30 minutes away. Supermarkets such as Lidl, Dirk, and Albert Heijn are nearby.

The room faces west and includes access to a private balcony. From the balcony, you have a view of the communal garden, which you are also free to use. The room comes furnished, though some items can be removed upon consultation; it includes a sofa bed with built-in storage. The rent includes gas, water, electricity, and internet.

You will have two housemates (male/female) with whom you share the common areas: the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and living room. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, and tumble dryer. You share the refrigerator with one housemate. There is also a cat in the house, so you should be comfortable with that; small pets are welcome.
