Hi! Im Carlos, originally from Valencia, and I work as a tour manager here in Amsterdam. Im currently looking for a new roommate ideally someone from Spain or a Spanish speaker to share my fully furnished apartment located in a quiet, green area of Amsterdam Noord.

The Room & Apartment:

Private room of 10 m², fully furnished

Part of a 50 m² apartment shared with just one other person (me)

1 bathroom, full kitchen with modern appliances: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave, and stove

Access to a terrace

The apartment is fully furnished everything you need is already here

Location:

Peaceful green area in Amsterdam Noord

15-minute walk to local shops like Albert Heijn and the Noord metro station

Metro brings you to the city center in just 10 minutes

Price:

900 per month, all-inclusive (utilities, internet, etc.)

Deposit: one months rent

Registration (inschrijving) is possible

About You:

Im looking for someone responsible, clean, and organized, who works regular daytime hours. Cleanliness and cooperation in keeping the apartment tidy are very important. I often wake up early and sometimes work outside Amsterdam, so I value peace and quiet during the night no late-night noise or bright lights, please.
