I have a furnished room available for a nice and trustworthy person. The tram is a 3 minute walk from the appartement and then a 15 minute ride will bring you to Amsterdam central. The grocery store among other shops are only a 5 minute walk.

The appartement has a large living room and dining area. You are free to use the washing machine, dishwasher, printer, tv, etc.

I am looking for a nice man or woman around the age of 25-35 that is busy studying and/or working. I expect you to be a tidy person that doesn't mind helping keep the house clean!

I am a 31 year old half Dutch/half American man that's working. I speak english wel and I don't mind if you don't speak Dutch.
