Furnished Living Space Available for a Temporary Stay

Rent: 950, including utilities (50 allocated for gas and electricity)

Available: 30 November to 28 December (maximum 4 weeks). A shorter stay may also be possible by arrangement.

A bright, warm and fully furnished 35 m² living space, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space includes a large corner sofa, a desk, a bookcase, a full-length mirror and a clothes rack.

For extra comfort, I will replace the current mattress with an almost-new single mattress. If desired, I can also leave a blanket and bed linen so you can enjoy a fresh and comfortable bed.

The home is clean, cosy and filled with natural light. You will share the bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen with a woman.

The property is located in a lovely, peaceful area next to Rembrandtpark in Amsterdam. It offers a quiet and pleasant environment where you can unwind after a long working day or focus on your studies without distractions.

House Rules

The living space is suitable for one person only.

Smoking is not permitted in or around the house.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties and gatherings with groups of people are not permitted.

The furniture is the same as shown in the photos, although it is currently arranged slightly differently.

Important: Temporary Rental Maximum 4 Weeks

The living space is available exclusively for a temporary stay of up to four weeks, from 30 November through 28 December. A longer stay is not possible. The rental period and arrangements will be confirmed in writing in advance.
