Size: 86 sqm, spacious & bright

Location: Park de Meer, near Frankendael Park

Your Room: ~10 sqm, fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and lamp

Shared Spaces:

Large common room with a balcony and beautiful views

Well-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs

Extra storage space

Rental Details

Minimum stay: 2 months

Maximum stay: 12 months (extendable)

Utilities: ~150-200 per person

Cleaning service: 50 (Cleaning Lady comes bi weekly)

Total monthly cost: ~1250-1300

Rent increase around 10th month of the year based on Dutch autorities

About Me

Im 34, and have been living in Amsterdam since 2020. After MBA from UvA, decided to stay in Ams.

I work as Head of IT PMO at KIWA. Ive previously lived in Budapest, Helsinki, Istanbul, and Ankara. I enjoy traveling, sports, festivals, gaming & reading. I speak Turkish, English, and some Dutch (A2 level).
