Hello! We have a small cozy room in our very large apartment in IJburg for rent for about two months. Not suitable for couples. Rent includes wifi and utility bills.

I live with my partner but she will be away over May, and we will both be away for a part of June, so you will have the place to yourself for some time too. You will also share the place with a naughty charming black cat.

Your bed is a stacked cushion-couch that's very comfy (as vouched for by multiple friends). There's a desk and office chair for your use.

The apartment has a very large living room and open kitchen with an oven, induction stove, dishwasher and utensils. The spacious balcony is a delight in the sun. There's a shower with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.

IJburg is very nice in sunny months. All basic amenities are nearby, and Tram 26 gets you to Centraal in 20 mins.

Rent is 700/month, along with a deposit of 300 to be paid at the start of the tenancy. Please write in with a bit about yourself and when you would like to have a viewing.
