Kamer in Geldersekade

Hi there,

Since I'll be traveling from june 6th to july 31st (maybe august 9th; up for discussion) I will sublet my beautiful canal facing room right next to central station (3 min walk).

It is 30 square meters and fully furnished (bed linen and towels also available).

You wil share the apartment with my female flatmate (therefore looking for a woman).

The kitchen, toilet and bathroom is shared. There's also a cute patio.

The costs are 1500 euro's a month, which adds up to 2700 euro's for the entire period (or 50 euro's a night; let me know if you'd like to rent for a shorter period).

This is all-in; it includes water/gas/eletricity/internet/taxes etc.

I ask for a deposit of 500 euros (just to give a prompt to leave it as you found it, i will completely reimburse you when you leave it like you entered)
