Hope youre all doing well. But if youre looking for a small overpriced room to really make you feel like youre in Amsterdam, I may have just the place for you.

The apartment is located in the Old-West\Baarsjes part of the city. Dam square, Leidseplein, Vondelpark are all only 5-10 mins away depending on weather/traffic and your personal biking style (#ludicrousmode)

The room is furnished and measures 12m2. It has a private sink and access to the balcony. Kitchen, balcony and bathroom youll be sharing with me (an old fourth-year medical student) and a young lady who has the smallest room in the apartment. The building also has a large communal garden with fish pond (basically a small park). Where you can pretend you're not actually in the heart of the city. Seriously, you could be waking up to wild green parakeets on your balcony.

The place is available until around November of 2025 (flexible end date).

The rent is an obscene 760,-/month excl. with 165,- for utilities/furnishing/taxes/service cost/internet etc. Which comes to a whopping 925,-/month. And I'll need 1200,- as a refundable (provided you don't wreck the place) deposit.

Ive been saying this for years now, but I might be getting a cat at some point. So, if you're allergic, this might not be the place for you. Then again, its no better to be safe than sorry Or so the song says.
