Only full-time students can apply both Dutch and international students are welcome.

Applicants must:

Be enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in Amsterdam

Not be officially registered in the Amsterdam housing market region (which includes municipalities like Amstelveen, Diemen, Zaanstad, etc.)

Provide proof of residence outside this region at the start of the tenancy
