Hi! Im going away for a few months, so Im subletting my room. Its available immediately and runs until 31 January.

The room is about 12 m² and part of a bright 100 m² apartment that youd share with three Dutch roommates. They all speak English, and international tenants are very welcome. Everyone has a different schedule, so the place never feels crowded.

We keep the apartment clean and tidy, but the vibe is relaxed.

The area: quiet and green, with lots of parks nearby. The metro is a 2 minute walk and the bus stop is 4 minutes away. Supermarkets, shops and everything else you need are within walking distance.

Price: 800 euro per month, everything included, plus a 650 euro deposit.
