Kamer in Heesterveld

Hello Everyone,

The room is available from 01-08-2025. I'm looking for someone who wants to stay for a certain period of time. (if you dont have a photo on your profile please understand that I will not respond, a photo says a lot about a person)

As you can see, it is already furnished, not much but the basics to give a room a nice atmosphere. The room is large, you will get a super mega room with a nice view as you can see in the photos. It is located in Amsterdam South-East, near Bijlmer Arena station. You're practically close to Amsterdam Central Station, De Pijp, Amstel, Wibautstraat, Amstelveen. If you have a car, you can quickly access the A10, A09, A04 towards Rotterdam, Utrecht, Almere; if you prefer public transport, you have metro lines 50 and 54 just a 2-minute walk away.

We also have stores that close at 8:00 PM or 10:00 PM, you can think of supermarkets, Action, or the Amsterdamse Poort shopping center. In short, a nice room for a nice housemate. Are you independent, tidy, don't make too much noise, are you willing to pay for cleaning costs, and are you studying (optional), then you are the one I am looking for. There are certain things that are not included, but that can be discussed together; I am not the most difficult, but I am direct. It is a student/ proffesional campus and we want to keep it that way. Im looking for people who want to share my home.

I want to establish rules together that we can both adhere to so that we can respect each other's boundaries and have a pleasant cohabitation while avoiding irritations. I do ask you to respect my time (and also yours) and only make an appointment with me if you are genuinely interested in the room. (Please respond quickly and within 1 day, otherwise I will move on to the next).

My time is unfortunately very valuable too. If you have any questions, I ask that you ask them before we schedule a viewing. What I want is someone who brings a nice atmosphere to this house and is truly looking for a place where they feel safe. I also want you to carefully consider your options. I understand that you are looking for the right place for yourself. (Unfortunately, due to previous experiences, people cannot register or sign up for the time being. This can only happen after 2 years if everything goes well in the period of staying.)
