I'm looking for a new roommate from June 1st,

Preferred Roommate : +25 / Non-Smoker / woman

i want someone who is not too loud but social, easygoing person, who can respect each other, have dinner together once or twice a week :)

Me : 31 / Female / Korean / Working professional / Foodie / Like cooking & techno festival & kpop (but i dont throw party or drink at home ) / MBTI : ESFJ / I work from home 4 days a week,

2 Bed room apartment (88m2) /

[[[Important]]] As I am occupying the smaller bedroom (7m²) and subletting the furnished larger one (18m²), I hope it will be acceptable for me to make regular use of the living room for both work and rest.

Located near Rembrandt park / Postjesweg station - 5min walk / 2min walk to tram station

Registration possible (considering temporary contract for 3 months and then discuss 1 year or indefinite contract extension)

Rent cost all included 1050 (Deposit 1600) / Fully furnished (except the bed may have to be purchased )
