A room will become available in our lovely flat and we are looking for a fun, friendly person to move in asap! registration is possible.

the contract is for MINIMUM 1 year starting July!

you would be living with 2 men (23 and 30) and 1 girl (22) who are either working or studying. we are a very social house that can get quiet loud sometimes as we love having music playing and the occasional party but we also enjoy chill quiet evenings on the couch. we are very respectful of each others space and personal things. we are looking for someone that has the same balance of work and party as we do.

the apartment is quiet modern with many amenities such as both washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a freezer.

we also have 2 large storage areas to store bikes and unused furniture.

rent is 615.50 EXCLUDING utilities. with all other bills included, total rent per month is around 715.

- 15 mins walking from metro station noord.

- 1 min walking from a bus that will take you to noorderpark

- by public transport, 20 mins to amsterdam centraal

-- 7 mins walking from buikslotermeerplein winkelcentrum (shopping mall with supermarkets, clothing stores, drug store etc.)

we have a young cat that roams the apartment freely so if you have any pet allergies, this is not the apartment for you.
