The apartment is located on the third floor of a very secure building in Bijlmer. Access to all common areas, including the main entrance, stairs, and elevator, is managed via an electronic key, ensuring maximum peace of mind.

The location is strategic:

- Transport: Just a 5-minute walk from the Bijlmer Arena train and metro station (fast connection to the whole city).

- City Center: 30 minutes by bike to Amsterdam city center.

- Amenities: Supermarkets, shops, and cafes are all accessible within a 5-minute walk, in the Amsterdamse Poort shopping center.

- The area is surrounded by many green zones and we have a large park nearby. There is also a beautiful lake just ten minutes away from the apartment.

You will be sharing the apartment with three flatmates:

Currently, we have one girl and one guy from Greece, and another guy from Moldavia (Note: The guy from Moldavia will probably move soon, and a new roommate will take his place).

We are a group of tidy and respectful people. We aim to maintain a serene and pleasant environment for everyone.

You will sign a contract with the landlord that lasts for one year, with two months' notice in case of moving.
