Hi there, Im subletting my room in a 2-bedroom apartment in De Baarsjes during my sabbatical.

This is currently a short stay sublet, but there is a possibility you take over my lease.

- Period: 24 March - 31 May (end date flexible)

- Rent: 1,190/month (incl. utilities)

- Deposit: 1,000

- Registration: Not available during the short stay

- Queen-size bed, dresser (3 drawers), clothes rack

The apartment:

- 73m², fully furnished

- Bathroom + separate toilet

- Storage room on the top floor

- Well located, with shops, cafés, and parks nearby
