Kamer in Hooivletstraat

Hi! I'm travelling for 6 weeks and subletting my furnished room (±14 m²) in a modern ±80 m² apartment on Steigereiland, the first neighbourhood of IJburg. Available from 1 December 2026 to 12 January 2027. Shorter is also possible, from 2 to 4 weeks.

1,300 a month all in (utilities, internet and a weekly cleaner), so 1,800 for the full 6 weeks

Tram to Centraal ±20 min, 15 min by bike to Oost

You'd be living with my housemate, who works from home part of the week, and our two cats, Sahara and Chloe. So you need to be okay with cats!
