The room is very bright, and has a nice view. It is comfortable, spacious, and comes fully furnished, making it easy to move in and feel at home right away.

About the house

The house has a calm, kind, and positive atmosphere. Its a home where people are respectful and value both peace and warmth. We enjoy cooking, sometimes having friends over for a relaxed dinner or a quiet evening.

The house includes:

A large living room with access to a terrace by the water, perfect for coffee, BBQ, reading, or relaxing.

A second terrace with direct access to the Water,

A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc.).

A modern bathroom and a separate toilet.

(There isnt a lot of storage space, so its best suited for someone with a moderate amount of belongings.)

Rent: 1400/month (bills included)

Additional costs: yearly water and garbage tax
