LOOKING FOR A HOUSEMATE (m/f)

Starting May 1st (or a bit later if needed), Im looking for a new housemate to share my apartment in Amsterdam Old West (close to Vondelpark). The apartment is around 60m² with two balconies and spacious living room, fully equipped with everything you need (bathtub, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, internet, furniture, two toilets, etc.). The available room is about 10m² cozy but with enough space for a small desk. Rent is 1353 per month, all-in.

Official registration isnt possible at the moment. Theres a good chance Ill be moving out within a year, so you could likely take over the contract, registration and choose your own housemate if that happens.

A bit about me: Im 32, work in AI, and enjoy music and cooking. Im chill, clean, and like a relaxed home vibe.
