This lovely 9m² room is available for rent in a beautiful location behind Kinkerstraat. It's available for a maximum of four months. Registration is open.

The room is equipped with a bed, nightstand, clothes rack, small table, microwave, and a wardrobe. It also includes curtains and, if needed, bed linens, towels, and dishes. Internet access is also available.

The shared areas include the toilet and bathroom, including a washer and dryer. The living room and kitchen are private spaces that cannot be used.

The room is currently rented until February 28th and will be available from March 1st. My ideal rental period is three to a maximum of four months.

You will be sharing the house with myself: I am 34 and work as a nurse; my 9-year-old son, who is very quiet and loves building; and our elderly cat, Dikkie (18).

I prefer someone who is either working or studying. Age or gender are not a preference. We are looking for someone who is a good fit for our family situation. This means someone who is respectful and willing to take into account that a child also lives here. So far, we've had good experiences with two tenants!

*The lack of kitchen access in this room can, of course, be inconvenient. Previous tenants (2) didn't mind. They prepared meals in the microwave and air fryer. If you are truly our ideal tenant and cannot/do not want to be without a kitchen, we can make arrangements to find a solution.
