Kamer in Kanteel

Hi,

We are looking for someone to take over a room in our shared apartment in Amsterdam Zuid that is shared with 2 people: Monika from Sweden and Valeria from the Netherlands.

The apartment is in a really nice and green neighbourhood, close to the Amstel and Amstelpark, with easy access to the Amsterdamse Bos. Zuid station is very close, but also everything is easily accessible by bike so it is easy to get around the city. There are also some great restaurants in the area, which we sometimes like to go to together.

The house has been a shared home for quite a long time and has a nice international atmosphere. We are looking for a young professional or a late-stage student who enjoys living in a relaxed and friendly shared apartment. We all have our own work and routines, so it is not a party house, but we do like to spend time together, have dinner, go for a drink in the neighbourhood, or hang out together on the balcony. International or Dutch is both completely fine.

There is quite a lot of shared space, including a large living room and a balcony. And the house really has everything you need: a piano, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and basically everything you wish a kitchen to have.

The room itself is bright and a good size (ca. 18m2), with a walk-in closet (!) and plenty of light. Some furniture can also be taken over.

We might not answer all messages immediately, but we will get back to people within the course of the week. Ideally, we are looking for people who are available to come by for a viewing/casting during the weekend of the 11th and 12th, but we can also try to find another day in early July if needed.
