Kamer in Kleiburg

Hi everyone,

Because I will be traveling back to my home town for 2 months, I would like to sublet my room in an apartment.

About the situation: You will be sharing the house with two other person. Both housemates are very nice and friendly person.

You will be sharing the living rom, the kitchen and the bathroom with them.

You will have one room for yourself:

- A bedroom with a 1.4x2m bed and a closet in the wall, already has bed sheets and a pillow. There is also a table with a chair.

The house is quite spacious, with an open kitchen and a living room. There is a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave in good condition in the kitchen.

The house also has a washing machine and a nice balcony.

The house is very close to the metro station, about 5 to 7 minutes walking. Its an excellent connection, taking only about 20-25 minutes to Amsterdam Centraal Station. There is a mall nearby that includes Albert Heijn, Action, ALDI, and more.

Price: 850 (only including gas)

Availability: Available from November 28th to January 28th
